This study focuses on the data sharing method and its impact on innovation capability and innovation performance of the companies. The objective of the study was to understand the impact of technology and innovation towards data sharing among professionals in IT Sector. The analysis observe was conducted supported a survey of 600 workers from totally different IT companies in Bangalore. The obtained records from the questionnaires were analysed through SPSS.25.00. The results from the examine part verify hypothesized the influence of the data sharing technique on the innovation capability of the companies. The impact of innovation capability on innovation overall performance constitutes each alternative finding of this look.
