Quality of Work Life and Job Satisfaction: A Study with Special Reference to Vaidyamadham Vaidyasala and Nursing Home, Mezhathur In Kerala

Quality of Work Life is one of the most important factor for improving the level of job satisfaction in any field. The present study was conducted in vaidhyamadham vaidysala and Nursing Home in Mezhathur, Kerala state. For the study 80 samples respondents was taken by using systematic random sampling method. The data are collected using a pre structure questionnaire and the statistical tools like Independent sample t test, one way Anova and Pearson Product Moment correlation are used for analyzing the collected data. The finding of the study shows that the level of satisfaction and quality of work life is at above average. The study comes to a conclusion that there is a positive correlation between quality of work life and job satisfaction among the respondents in the vaidyasala and Nursing home in Mezhathur.
