Abstract

The article major focus is to identify the factors affecting service quality in wedding event services from the customers’ point of view. Research has been carried out with the help of primary data and secondary data. Data collected through questionnaire is entered into software CSPro and anlaysed in various tools like SPSS and Excel. Based on present research the model can be altered by adding influence of price as a dominant factor to the model. Most of the wedding quality can be improved by increasing the budget of wedding so there is a strong influence of price on wedding quality around weddings of north Karnataka region.
