Abstract

Teacher plays an important role in any kind of educational institutions. Starting from the students of kindergarten to the students of universities and higher levels, a teacher plays an important and crucial role in the lives of every student in building up their career. Teaching is a profession which requires special skills, specifically communication skills because the main duty of a teacher is to transfer knowledge. Transformation of knowledge can only be possible when a teacher communicates to a student in the most professional way possible. A teacher needs to be fluent in his or her languages the so that the teacher can communicate with the students in a better way and the students can perceive it in a good way. The teachers in higher education plays a very crucial role in a student’s life because they not only teach them a subject but also guide them in deciding their higher studies.
